Position Title:       Albrecht Elementary School Principal

The School District of Brodhead is accepting applications for an elementary principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of research-based reading instruction, knowledge of target-based learning, experience with response to intervention (RtI) practices, and an understanding of PBIS. Prior experience as an elementary teacher and elementary principal is a plus.

The School District of Brodhead is a public school district that consists of 3 schools with an enrollment of approximately 1000 students and located in south-central Wisconsin. This position is as principal of Albrecht Elementary School, a 4K-5 building of approximately 450 students.

Candidates must hold the appropriate license from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (5051 - Principal).

Position Title:       Full-time Pupil Services/Business Administrative Assistant

Hours:                   7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday

Rate of pay:          $17.50/hour [based on experience]

The Brodhead School District is looking for a full-time highly qualified Pupil Services/Business Administrative Assistant. Previous office experience, clerical work preferred. Specific skills required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include:

Knowledge of Google G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Knowledge of pertinent software applications (Skyward and SEEDS preferred but not required)

Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records (Knowledge of Special Education process and procedures is a plus)

Ability to assist comptroller in functions related to business and finance

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality requirements

Strong attention to detail

Willingness to continually learn and advance related skills through various training opportunities.

Position Title:    Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location:             District-wide

Description:

The School District of Brodhead is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (15 hours per week). The ideal Occupational Therapy Assistant has a unique understanding of treatment strategies to use in order to develop, restore, and improve the sensory, motor, and psychological functioning of the students whom they serve.

 

Licenses:

  1. O052 - Occupational Therapy Assistant License

Requirements:

Must meet the legal requirements to practice as an occupational therapy assistant including graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program and current state licensure. In order to practice in the public school setting, DPI certification is also mandatory.

Description:

The Brodhead School District is looking for part-time, enthusiastic Para-Educator Substitutes. Candidates will be filling in for Special Education and/or General Education Para-Educators. Applicants need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships with students. The ability to lift 50 pounds is preferred. Rate of pay is $9.00/hour.
