Special Education

IDEA 2004 is federal legislation that mandates free and appropriate education for all students identified as having an educational disability in all public schools across our nation.

If you have questions about your child's learning, please contact your child's teacher or the school psychologist. You are also welcome to contact the Pupil Services Director if you have questions about your child's learning or the special education process.

Child Find

We will hold our Child Find screening activities on September 22, November 17, January 12, and March 9 at Albrecht Elementary School.  If you have a child between the ages of two and six and are interested in learning more about your child's development please contact Tracy Lueck at 608-897-2141, ext. 174 to attend one of our Child Find activities.
