Middle School

A Message From Dr. Lisa Semrow, The Middle School Principal and

Curriculum Director

Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Brodhead Middle School is a great place to be! Middle school students are full of energy and grow during these years physically, emotionally, intellectually, and socially. The staff at Brodhead Middle School is dedicated to inspiring the quest for learning in a respectful, caring, and socially responsible environment.

At Brodhead Middle School, we believe the following statement is very important: “Responsibility Teaches Responsibility”. Simply put, students must be responsible for their actions and respect each other while at school. Positive things happen in a positive environment. Students have a responsibility to know and follow these expectations:

CARDINAL EXPECTATIONS

Be Respectful

Be Responsible

Be Safe

We have a great school and we want everyone to learn as much as possible. Every student will have the opportunity to work to the best of his/her ability. I encourage parents/guardians to visit school as an important part of our partnership in providing a quality education for your child. Please feel free to stop by and introduce yourself to me and contact your child’s teacher at any time. Communication and working together will lead to a successful school year. You may contact me by email at lsemrow@brodhead.k12.wi.us or by telephone at 897-2184 (Ext. 200).
