My philosophy for Physical Education is to get the students involved and active to help them achieve and maintain a healthy level of fitness. I want to enhance the growth and development of each student through physical activity and teach them the importance of being physically active everyday. I feel it is important to teach the students how to train their body in all aspects of fitness and to teach them activities that they can do for a life time. I also teach the importance of cooperative and team building skills, sportsmanship, and appropriate social skills. My main focus is each student's individual level of fitness.
